Providing our patients with the best pain-relieving physiotherapy and fracture healing treatments to optimise function.

We now have an online store where you can purchase a variety of exercise equipment and physiotherapy rehabilitation products.

Visit the Shop!

We use a combination of manual therapy, electrotherapy and exercise in order to achieve mutually agreed goals.

As well as Physiotherapy, we also have specialist treatments available for fracture healing, including Pulsed Magnetic Field Therapy (PMFT) and Low-Level Laser Therapy which are used to accelerate the healing process. Jo was trained by, and worked with Brian Simpson in Ipswich for 8 years, and started her own successful practice in 2015, continuing to use the fracture healing treatments as pioneered by Brian Simpson. We are one of the very few clinics in the UK that offer this, so we can provide expert treatment, as we have extensive experience in treating some of the World’s most high profile motorcyclists and other sportsmen and women. Please see our Treatments page for a full list of what we provide, including sports massage, acupuncture and shockwave therapy, to name a few.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you are unsure about something have a look through our FAQs to see if the question you wish to ask has already been answered.

What should I expect on my first visit?

Your Physiotherapist will first of all have a chat with you about your condition and your medical history. You will then have a physical examination. Depending upon which area is to be examined, you may be asked to remove some clothing to allow your Physiotherapist to assess the area effectively. You will not be asked to remove anything that is not necessary. You may have a friend or relative accompany you for treatment if you wish. Your treatment options will be discussed and you will have your first treatment within your first session. If there is anything in particular you need to bring for treatment, your Physiotherapist will advise you when you book your appointment.

Is there parking?

There is parking at the clinic but it is limited. You can park next door at the train station (£1 for 1 hour) or you can park at Bury Street or Union Street car park (£1 for 2 hours)- these are approximately a 2-3 mins walk to the clinic. Please allow time for parking in case you have to park elsewhere. If you have a large vehicle, you will need to park at one of the car parks listed above. Thank you for your co-operation.

How long do I have to wait to get an appointment?

We strive to see patients within 24-48 hours of their initial enquiry.

Do I need to see my GP before I book an appointment?

There is no need to see your GP prior to booking an appointment unless you are claiming through your medical insurance (see below). Otherwise, please just give us a call and we will be happy to book you in.

What if I have medical insurance?

Most insurance companies will require you to contact them first in order to register your condition. Your insurance company will then provide you with an Authorisation number, which you will need when you book your appointment. Your treatment will then be invoiced directly to the company at the end of the treatment episode. You may be required to pay any excess relevant to your policy, or any shortfall, depending upon the level of your cover. Please note that some insurance companies will request a GP referral prior to giving authorisation for treatment. Please note we are registered with WPAVitality HealthAXAAVIVA (we are not registered with Bupa)

How many treatments will I need?

Each patient is assessed on an individual basis, and at no time will you be asked to purchase a set number of treatment sessions. We try to keep the number of treatments to a minimum to keep your costs down, and you will not be expected to book more sessions than you require.

Are evening appointments available?

Jo, Matt and Hannah all offer appointments after 5pm, but these are popular appointments so please book early to avoid disappointment.
